At Time Factors International Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Securely Package Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective films, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
